Today was exhausting!!  I had very little sleep last night after finishing a paper for my Friday morning class (the worst) and left class early to make sure I got to my new internship on time.   It was a long day, but I really enjoyed being in an environment completely unlike all of my other internships.  Also, before working I tried on the Gareth Pugh shearling jacket I posted about a week ago.  It's a very special piece.  His jackets always blow me away when I finally get to see and feel how they fit on my body.  Around nine I went back to Brooklyn and immediately went to my friend's holiday party.  I was falling asleep on the train, but determined to spend my friday night like a normal human being:  by enjoying an entire bottle of sparkling wiiiiine.  Super yummy.  Somehow I felt better and wound up borrowing stripper boots (at least two sizes too large for my feet) for the night which are always strangely comfortable.  I'm determined to buy a pair for myself as soon as I have some spare money.

Blood is the New Black tee, Kill City jeans, Frye boots/Pleaser boots

  1. those boots are fucking genius...

  2. I'm determined to buy them too, plus others. There are so many nice boots on from Pleaser its hard to choose! The gun heel ones are my favs.

  3. those boots are too hot. surprisingly i have been looking at the black pair of those same boots.

This is essentially my weekend thought process. Also grrrrl yo legs look so good in them Pleasers. I've been watching clear heels on eBay for ages, 'cause I've always wanted to do a DIY à la Indecorous Taste, alas...I talk but never do.

"Androgynous Pratt student documents his outfits that run the gamut from everyday college kid to flamboyant club kid. Anyone who throws on a pair of Balenciaga platforms or 9" fetish stilettos to cheer himself up is pretty awesome and entertaining in our opinion!"

"Dressing up is what William loves to do most. This young designer from New York doesn’t dress for fashion but just to have fun and enjoy himself like the big kid that he is. Both adorned as a man and woman, his blog isn’t your common “check-out-my-outfit” type blog. It’s a journey into NYC’s crazy nightlife with party outfits straight from the young creative/transvestite scene. Juggling Timberland homemade platforms, tie-dye t-shirts, camo baggy trousers and an orange furry jacket, his looks are absolutely bonkers-awesom, leaving us wanting more everytime. We strongly recommend that you check out his collection too . Made from Japanese anime babe-printed fabric, it’s pretty darn cool."

"I strongly believe in the comeback of Manga and will further explore its use in contemporary art and fashion. Most probably, 'sexualization' will become a core motif. In the first instance, I'd like to draw your attention to the reanimation of Anime by Dripping Lazers."
